02 / The BriefWhat we were asked to build, and why it mattered.

Wild Harvest Organics had outgrown their WordPress-based store and needed a scalable e-commerce platform to support their growing subscription model.

We built a headless Shopify Plus storefront using Hydrogen and React, leveraging the Storefront API and GraphQL for lightning-fast performance. Custom features include a build-your-own-box subscription flow, seasonal product bundles, and a recipe integration that links ingredients directly to purchasable items. The headless architecture delivered a sub-second time-to-interactive and a 45% increase in average order value, with a 28% reduction in subscription churn.
