Signal needed a conference platform that could intelligently connect attendees, speakers, and sponsors while handling the complexity of multi-track scheduling.
We built an AI-powered platform using Next.js and the Claude API that features intelligent attendee matchmaking based on interests and goals, a conversational chatbot concierge for real-time event navigation, and automated schedule optimization. The Python backend processes attendee profiles to generate personalized agendas, while the TypeScript frontend delivers a responsive, real-time experience. The AI matchmaking system facilitated over 3,000 meaningful connections during the three-day event, and the chatbot handled 85% of attendee queries without human intervention.
