Verso Finance needed to overhaul their legacy dashboard that suffered from information overload and poor task completion rates.

Through user interviews, journey mapping, and iterative usability testing, we restructured the information architecture and introduced a modular card-based layout. The new design reduced average task time by 38% and increased user satisfaction scores from 3.2 to 4.6 out of 5. We delivered a complete design system with 200+ components in Figma.
